Q: What exactly happens in a clarity call?
A: We talk. For real.

Not in a “pitch you a package” way, but in a “what’s going on in your life and is this the right space for you?” kind of way.

You get to ask anything.

I’ll tell you how I work.
No pressure. No weird sales script. Just clarity.
Q: Do I need to have my sh*t together before we start?
A: HA! Absolutely not!

If you were “together,” you wouldn’t be here.

Come as you are. Sweaty bun, unwashed dishes, brain full of spirals.  You are welcome and valued exactly like that.


Q: Is this therapy?
A: Nope. I’m not a therapist—I’m a coach.

I don’t diagnose or treat. I support, witness, challenge and walk with you through the stuff therapy doesn’t always touch.

We can work alongside your therapy—or instead of it—depending on what you need and I am always happy to help find further support as well if you need.



Q: What if I cry the whole time?
A: Then you cry.

There’s no gold star for holding it in here. There might be for allowing yourself to cry though ;)

You get to fall apart without being told to “breathe through it.”
(But yes, we’ll breathe too—when you’re ready.)


Q: What if I don’t know what I need?
A: Perfect. That’s actually what the call is for.

You don’t need to come in with goals or a 10-point plan.

You just need to show up honestly. I’ll help you make sense of the rest.



Q: I’ve tried so many things. What makes this different?
A: Because I don’t give you more to do.

I give you space to feel.

To be.

To finally stop performing healing and actually experience what it’s like to feel supported in it.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I don’t offer refunds once we begin—because this space is built on trust, commitment, and mutual energy exchange.
